Title: Hello!
Post by: Flighty on September 18, 2009, 17:42:07
I went to top up the washing up bowl pond on the plot this morning and found this fine fellow in it! Thankfully he stayed put whilst I got the camera and took this photo before he hopped off into the long grass.

Nice picture.........
At  least he faired better than the two two baby frogs in Karen (daughter) garden.
they have a American golden lab, Yale, he is gorgeous, but he found two frogs in the garden and ate them. yuck.
He also picks her tomatoes and peppers.

Qahtan thanks! Long time ago I had a cat that did that, yuck indeed!

GRACELAND that's usually all I see in the pond!

Rosebud me too! That's a shame.  I do occasional posts on my blog under the category Frog ponderings as you can see

Excellent shot, Flighty, and well done for persevering with your little pond.  I have a fat frog in mine too but he's camera shy.   ::)

GRACELAND I guess that I won't be seeing any more!

Georgie thanks! It's good to know that it's being used like that. I'd like to see something of interest in the other, dustbin lid, one, apart from a pigeon drinking from it!
