Title: T&M voucher.
Post by: shirlton on September 11, 2009, 09:46:44
I gt my £5 voucher from T&M in the post yesterday and although I fell out with them a few years ago because of bad service I want to order some courgettes Cavili that Dep P raved about and also some Ledgend toms that Tim mentioned were nice. They are doing a double pack of Ledgend and Ferline toms . Has anyone tried the Ferline cos according to the book they are somewhat blight resistant. The sweetcorn Lark looks good too. Can anyone comment about these?

I'm getting some more Cavilli courgettes too, and can also recommend the Legend tomatoes. Grew them indoors this year, and they are are very nice beefsteak variety. Ferline, I've never had any luck with as a 'blight resistant' variety outdoors, it succumbed the same as the others so I've never got to taste it! ::) I've also been put off T&M after seed potato debacles......

I got the new catalougue yesterday too, didn't notice any voucher though.... either I overlooked it or they hate me! ;D

No voucher in my pack either.

I grew Lark this year, seemed to stay fresh on the plant for longer than the the other 2 varieties I grew.

We grew both Legend & Ferline this year.Legend are superb we're still picking down the lottie though I confess to two sprayings of dithane, something I've never done before but two years without toms was too much. The ferline I'm not so sure about 'cos the labels got muddled.I made pasta sauce today with Legend and they were huge and hardly any seed. :)

I got my catalogue but no voucher either. Got one last year and the year before so they must hate me too now.  :(

Will have to leave it a year or two and get my vouchers back again, won't I?  ;D

I grew Ferline when they first came out a few years ago.  They didn't get blight, but neither did anything else that year!

Taste is ok, lots of big toms on the plants, but I'm sticking to Sungold for flavour.

Shame that the voucher doesnt count towards postage.
I hate t&m in three years and 7 transactions they have never ever got it right. Ive lost count of the emails ive sent regarding lost orders and cashed cheques and the vouchers can only be used towards goods and you get stuck for the postage anyway which is pretty steep.

Im done with them.
I get better gemination from lidls seeds at 29p a packet.
