Title: Not a happy bunny!
Post by: Biscombe on September 08, 2009, 06:54:31
Had a really disappointing day yesterday  :-[

As many of you know, I'm trying to make a go of my chilli business. I'm prepared to work two jobs, and a plot the size of two allotments while living away from home two nights a week!

I just found out today that i would have to pay two social security contributions to go legal making it impossible for my poor little chilli sauce company to get off the ground! an extra 250 Euros a month is out of the question!!

I'm off for a second opinion, wish me luck!

I'm listening to Crass ;)

Don't know about Spain but in the UK if you are both self-employed and salaried (PAYE) you can get exemption from the National Insurance contribution for the self employed bit as long as it doesn't make over x pounds per year (I used to when I had an Atari spares business as well as the reaL job. )....
