I've recently harvested some Potato Aphrodite.

But I've lost the label that said the best uses for them.

Anybody know?

yeah, I did see that site.  But the "Utlisiation Charateristcs" were a bit non-specific for to understand. :)

Luckily after a bit more googleing I found the exact same pack for sale somewhere.

Boiling, Baking and Chipping seem to be the way.

And so I've just boiled some to use in Corned Beef Hash for tommorow morning. Can't wait! :D
