I have a really good crop of chillies and would love to dry some, also how do you keep some green, any tips ??? ???

I would try drying them in an oven if you want them to stay green.

Don't know owt about drying them (I think people string them up) but for green ones I just pick them before they turn red and either use straight away or freeze them whole

meant to add headn't heard of drying them in the oven before, but sounds a good idea
