Quoteafter years of trying i have got a piece of ginger to sprout

Just leave it around in the kitchen in a plastic bag and mine seems to sprout very easily.

When you buy a bit of fresh ginger that you want to grow make sure it has already got tiny green points on it where it has started to grow.
you don't want a great big piece just a couple of sprouts on it will do.
if you want my recipe for crystallized let me know. it's long.    qahtan
