is this a trick!!!????
reminds me of an allium head. either that, or someone's picked all the brussels and been busy with the glue........
do tell......
Looks like an onion, or maybe a leek, or even a garlic to me. C'mon Ina, spill the beans! ;D
Has it just sprouted up? ??? It won't catch the wind that's for sure. :o Is it an organic lollipop? ;D
It's an alien!!!!!!!!!! :o
Ina .... please put us out of our misery ...... what is it?
Kerry - it does look like brussel sprouts on the stalk doesn't it!!! ;D

Aaaawwww......and here was me hoping it was something really exotic too. ::)
Nice one Ina - had me going wondering what the heck it was!!
Eileen.
Had me fooled too. I thought it was a load of Brussel Sprouts glued to something. I was going to complain about the horrible waste of the lovely vegetable. Maybe I'll have to leave a leek in now!
Have never seen a leek gone to seed before, Ina - had me stumped. Like Aqui I msut try to leave a few in the ground and see what happens.
I never had either, this one is in one of the other lotties at the complex. Thought it was worth a picture.
Most members of the alium family flower like that, think of the ornamental ones we grow in our gardens and think of the little flowers on chives. Wonderfull pompoms of colour first, then those great seed heads. Great pic, Ina - you are quite a star photographer. ;D
Credit where credit is due. It wasn't me this time but Mr. C. Thanks for the compliment, I will pass it on.
