That cake looks very nice.  I can only see the thumbnail though.

You wouldn't like it Rosebud. Lovely light sponge with what looks like fresh cream and fruit sandwiched inside. ;D

Naughty but nice. 7.30am and I am trying to control my mouth from, watering. Tim, Mary will confirm I am a very good "taster" of home made cakes so if I ever pass your house ?? ;D
