Took a few photos, front garden too overcrowded with peppers, toms and elephant ears, I think they are called. Also picture of my friend Ken from the allotments, who won an allotment prize, not sure how many entered but his wife entered him and he is very pleased. [attachment=1]
Don't we all, that's how we ended up with four allotments... :-X
i hear you, hence why i would like to have (NEED) an allotment.
Help, my allotment is now getting full up, will have to compost or cut down. Don't like to throw plants away, but might have to. It is not a good idea to plant the left over pumpkin plants in the back yard, and mucg as I loved my mother, who died many years ago, the grape vine she gave me will not die, and sorry Mum, but the grapes are not very nice, and I can't make wine, although I do like to drink it (sorry Mum).
The leaves are edible... Dolmades? :-\
My Greek neighbour does pick the vine leaves and stuffs them, and then invites us in. It is good to have nice neighbours.
