Title: planting from august

what can i plant now in august ? can i still grow cabbages to harvest this year and what else. i want to try to be able use the allotment all year round if possible.
I am in west yorkshire .soil on the acid side . but have had great results with brassicas/potatoes etc.

I think beetroot, radish, mooli, oriental leaves

I've just planted more carrots, beetroot, bunching onions, broccoli raab and fennel which I bought particulary because they were varieties that said they could be planted into August.  If you want to sent me a SAE I can let you have some fennel seeds and broccoli raab seeds as have got some of these left over and could spare you some.

If you only want "mini-leeks" or the season stays good longer..  :)
