When we got to the plot this afternoon we had a new resident. We have seen it a few times over the last week. I sent ower Tone to talk to it just in case it was a ferral cat. He got away without a scratch so the cats tame enough. I have called it Sam. I gave it some of the food that I had taken up for the fox. We have been getting a few rats lately so lets hope its a good hunter. Will get ower Tone to seeif its aboy or girl tomorrow ;D(http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s121/shirlton/enviromeshcages093.jpg)
We have quite a few cats on our allotments, mostly from the surrounding houses and they come on the allotment to hunt and play about. We only have the one allotment cat, which is fed regularly and sleeps in the Council shed at night and in the winter. (Don't tell the Council, or he might get a ASBO, or whatever it is.
What a beautiful cat. :)

Our was a hodge, just seen him at 9:50pm on the lottie... having a beer.. ::)
Shirl I am not a cat lover but that one is a lovely looking cat.
Beautiful cat Shirl. It looks a bit too clean and well cared for to be a feral. Are your allotments near houses?
He wasn't there today so he probably has a home. I don't mind being Auntie ;D
