Hi :)
It raining and I am feeling bone idle this morning...so.....
Someone told me the other day to cut up yogurt pots and milk cartons to make plant labels. Not something I will take on board but I thought it would be interesting to know what things you think LIFE IS TOO SHORT to do around your garden, allotment and home. :)
Duke :)
(I was going to title this thread CANNOT BE ARSED) ;D
to pick all the glass out my ant hills, i just really want the soil.
its like a modern art building for ants,
it was a dumping ground for broken planes before i got the plot, but they styled it nice lol
also i have convinced my self i can build everything i need from pallets.
- regular turning of the compost heap/ bin - mine is turned once a year June/ July when i put the feeding side contents into the recently emptied cooking side.
- washing all my pots in the autumn/ early spring - a good dust or quick blast from the hose works for me when i need a pot.
I'm sure there are a couple of others but i can't think of them at the moment.
oh dear,i DO cut up cartons for labels......
life is too short for weeding below the potato haulms/leaves
Lifting Dahlia and Gladiolli bulbs then replanting them.
Ironing other people's clothes for them to leave them on the floor
Am with you on the ironing, SMP, you got teenagers too?
I think life is too short for housework when you could be in the garden. I'm meant to be working just now but moved my computer out to the potting shed and now I can't work for pottering in the garden!
For peeling mushrooms ! ;D
for what if's!
I luuuurve your sparkly wheelbarrow!!!
......iron socks.
....dig weeds out of the lawn- just mow them!
