Hamburg parsley kinga leaves eaten as parsley & roots similar to parsnips & can be sown all year round under cover according to web site. Also radish hilds blauer herbst und winter. The radish are a salad radish but wondered if they can be cooked.

got the purple radish free a couple of monhs ago with a mag..sowed some about 4 weeks ago, they're just starting to thicken up..at the moment(fingers crossed) there is very little slug damage..not sure if they can be cooked but I don't see why not, a mooli is a radish and I cook them  ;D

I've chucked this into stews and soups before. I've been eating the tops of my (early) June planted crop for the past month, started eating the raw roots three weeks ago, I'll be currying this planting within 10 days. ;)
