Title: button mushrooms

can anyone give me any tips on how to grow button mushrooms please. ???

Button mushrooms are just immature normal mushrooms.
Just grow normal ones and pick them early.

I think it is too late in the year to grow them, as garden centres have stopped selling the kits.
If it stays cool (they are best grown at around 15-20C), you might be ok if you have a cellar.
You may be able to get a packet of spores in garden centres in the seed section.

I'm not 100% sure on growing them, but you need some sort of manure in a box, sow the spores, when the white threads have covered the surface with some earth.
In a few days, mushrooms should appear. Spraying the surface regularly with a spraygun is needed so that the soil doesn't dry out.

Don't allow any inorganic fertiliser near them otherwise they will die.
