telescopic fruit picker might come in handy, the apple tree is now about 20' high ;D
Thanks for that, the 'growing aids' pack for 99p looks good value..... ;)
I'm going to look at them, not sure what half of them are for ;D
Cold frame seems very good price. Avoid the folding wheelbarrows though!

can't see the cold frame, is it different in other parts of the country?
My folding wheelbarrow from Lidl may not be brilliant but it is very lightweight and I find it quite useful, don't expect it to last for ever for £9.99, but then I am a 'lady' and not as strong as some of you big men. ;D ;D ;D It's OK for putting weeds in and wheeling to compost heap, and OK for Council compost, do a little bit at at time, when I borrowed a proper one when it was full up could hardly push it.
The Cold Frame is excellent and good value at £15.
The Heavy-duty Telescopic Branch Cutter is so-so. I always use my expensive looper in preference, but at £10, it ain't too bad.
Also the Telescopic Fruit Picker is a usefull addition to the armoury for only £5.
But as previously stated, the Folding Wheelbarrow is a waste of time, can't take any weight, you'd be better off with a trug for a fiver (or less), better to buy a proper metal one from Wicks for £30.

Think it might be. it knows where I live :o And I couldn't find the netting people were posting about a while back. Also says the offers start 20/7 is that the same everywhere?
I think it depends on the size of your store, they have much more in cirencester than in swindon.
Like the look of the plant labels I am very bad at labelling things. I used to remember....
The large size plant clips are fabulous. I must have dozens of them already but always seem to have used them all about now so I will be stocking up again. I use them for tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, aubergines, squashes etc., and for clipping fleece or netting to bamboos for temporary protection for various veggies.

They have a totally different offers in various regions.
I tried a few post codes from my address book.
Where abouts in Cirencester Digeroo please? Have n't been for years. Have tomorrow off so may take a trip over there.
I have stopped using plant clips they seem to fall off, I have been using cable ties, screwfix do them in four colours, brightens things up.
When you come in from Swiindon pass tesco and turn left up ring road, left at next roundabout and lidl is straight ahead on the left. Much nicer that Swindon store.
Thanks Digeroo.
Warning to those of you who are thinking of buying the cold frames. When you buy open up the box before you leave and make sure you have all the fittings. We at to send off to the manufacture as they where missing. Give them there due we received the missing bits within 48 hours.
I too find the wheelbarrow useful.

Bought one too, some of our favourite foraging sites are going to be a lot more productive as a result.
Got mine today. Cant wait to use it. We have an ancient but very productive Bramley tree. I wont have to leave the 12 lbs that are on the top branches this year.
As usual came out with other stuff. They had a good size and healthy peace lilly at 2.99 and live herbs at 2 for 1.50.
Thanks for the tip.
