Title: help - fixing a hole
Post by: aquilegia on October 04, 2004, 16:13:38
Some evil badger or fox has made a tear in the liner of my pond. Fortunately it's only a couple of inches from the top, so it's not too disastrous, but I want to fix it so the pond doesn't leak.

Is there something I can use to stick an offcut of liner over it and make it watertight?

Aqui I think you can buy special stuff from the pond shop. I would be inclined to use something like an outdoor plastic sealant from the DIY shop!. DP

If you do use sealant make sure it is water/fish friendly.Normal sealant has chemicals in that would seriously harm your fish.I would trawl ? through the aquarist sites and see what is advised. There are often helplines.
