Title: Drying onions

I know that somewhere on here there was a pic (maybe TeeGee) of onions laid out to finish drying. I need it ASP to show ower Tone. We have abumper crop of Radar this year and don't want to spoil them

Many thanks from me too.  I have just tipped some of mine out and this has put me straight on what to do with them.  I have the biggest onions I have ever grown.

Now where's that beret and the bicycle?

I think Tim posted a picture of onions drying on pallets propped up on drums with onions danging through.   I thought it was a good idea if you can keep an eye on the  weather and throw some plastic over them as necessary.

What with the scientists producing sperm and now you looking after me I guess I might truly become redundant!!  ;) ::) ;D

Or put another way; the only use for my bits and pieces will be as depicted in your avatar  ;D

Am I mistaken  ??? are the tops still quite green ;) ;)

By the way I used bread trays before I rigged up my latted bench!

Yes TeeGee the tops are quite green. About the bread trays. We were on the way home from the plot yesterday when we saw the 3 bread trays in the hedge. Some young vandals must have thrown them there. Soon put them to good use. many thanks TeeGee for your expertise. I did look on your website firstly but couldn't find the pics
