Are these sown in Spring Tim and are they Red Epicure? If so do they stay pink when cooked or do they go green?

If you steam them when young you can keep the pink... but mostly when boiled they go green... very tasty though!  :)

Sown 24 April - planted 25 May - that's what was ready on 4 plants. Fairly small as yet.
