Post by: Hector on July 05, 2009, 12:30:24
Well I have been smiling at the "I have loadsa courgette posts"...mainly becos I didn't have any...then friend drops of two plants, in flower/with fruits starting...must be contagious!!!

Do I repot them as they are in small pots...or wood this mess up the flowering/fruiting :)

Me? I would pick off the flowers & plant them out - well watered in.

Ditto.  If they stay in small pots the flowers will almost certainly drop off anyway

Thank you all. I carefully repotted into big pots as I am having to try them in tubs as not got other any other room. I gave them a good water afterwards so hopefully ok. I am amazed they have produced fruits as the pots were root bound and very shallow
