Title: Strawberry Thief
Post by: Hector on July 03, 2009, 21:47:22
I was beginning to think I was losing my marbles. I have strawbs in a pop up planter (thanks to the advice on here). The strawbs were ripening well but seemed to dissapear...so I covered them with net. Removed the net to pick the yummy strawbs and turned around to to move the net to one side, turned around and the biggest strawb I had been eyeing was gone   :(

Turned to tell oH and out of corner of eye saw the whippet gently put a strab in his mouth, snip with his teeth and swallow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unbelievable!
