A decent haul there. I can only manage carrots when grown in containers. They are always a failure when direct sowing in the ground.... ???
the carrots of mine are not EU standards lol, they are all sorts of funny shapes.
Well done, it all looks great especially the cauli's. :)
Looking good lightyears, my favourite is freddy four fingers. ;D ;D ;D
Its all looks fantastic ;D
my cauli's grew to the size of tennis balls!! Left them in to see if they got bigger they havent and are no longer ball shapped at all :'( Any ideas what might have gone wrong?
On the plus side carrots have grown well and look fantastic taste even better not bad for my first time growing them ;D

Well done its my first year as well i am well pleased with my produce roll on next year.
Hears another, we went on holiday and forgot to take up the rest of our earlys, the results weight just under 100 pound (45KG).
Regarding the cali question, i dont really know why yours didnt come up, mine didnt till about 3 weeks ago then they took off. i dug in plenty of chicken pellets during the winter though?

Wow! What a lot of spuds!
Brilliant pictures both - really great to see the results of all that work!
;D ;D ;D
How do you post a picture please ??? ???
What a brilliant harvest. Such a lovely time of year when all the hard work starts to pay off. At the moment we are digging up our charlotte potatoes and they taste fantastic. We also have broccoli, cabbages, spinach, lettuces and our wintering onions are ready. I dug up my Jermor shallots a few weeks ago and I have a great crop this year. We have gooseberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, and strawberries (though they keep being eaten by something). Courgettes are just starting to look decent too. I am really pleased with things so far with more to come. busy_lizzie :D
