How much room does a  fruit bush need  in a fruit cage between other fruit, :)

Depends on what it is... currants I'd give 4'... Jostaberry needs a lot more!!  :-\

Assuming the gooseberries are spikey ones - remember you have to get right round the bush, probably crouching or kneeling. On the farm where I used to work they were probably about 3 or 4 ft apart, but the rows were 6 ft apart...
