Post by: angle shades on June 17, 2009, 22:26:08

I've never seen a damselfly this colour before, has it just hatched? is it a female?

I can't see it in my books, many thanks / shades x

Thay're all so similar, aren't they.  How about a female common coenagrion.

When they first emerge they have to develop thier colour.
It looks like a large red though.
