Title: olives
Post by: daxzen on June 17, 2009, 13:46:37
How do i get my olives processed and sorted and into pickling jars for eating etc.

My olive tree was covered in decent sized fruit last year - cos i did not know what to do i left them on the tree and the birds loved to feast on em

They are growing well already and I think that i will be getting a better crop this year

any ideas?

The salted water method there is the one we use, this year looks like being our best yet with even the completely wild unpruned trees showing a huge number of olives appearing.
