Sown in Feb, March, April give a rough harvesting time of June, July August,Sept. So there is plenty of trime for them to heart up.
If you watered them in try giving them a drink once a week if there has been no rain.
If you did not water them in give them a drink ASP

What's your soil like? Brassicas like it really firm. The harder the ground, the harder the heart. Especially so for sprouts.
