Title: Ideas for garlic?
Post by: caroline7758 on June 16, 2009, 18:14:30
My first garlic has white rot. If I find the rest is infected, is there anything I can make with it before it rots completely rather than bin it all?

I made up a big batch of tomato/garlic pasata with my ridiculously small garlic last year.  It was useless for much else but made a decent sauce.

Thanks, Tim- for the sympathy and the idea- that certainly sounds the easiest thing to do!
