Hi Tim,

I was looking through some previos threads and came across your homage to Jamies special bread.

Just had to have another go.

Sounds nice but isn't the rosemary rather twiggy.  When I cook with it I take it out again after cooking.  Perhaps at this time a year there are enough softer bits.

i was only thinking about this , at about 10am still forgot to get raisins maybe tomorrow

Hi Digeroo

I only put the leaves in, chopped up, and they seem to work fine.  It is really tasty!!!!  And lovely and moist.

Don't forget the raisins tomorrow Lolabelle.
