Anyone know why my garlic has gone very weak flavoured? The variety is Cresto (or is it Cresta?) and when harvested was quite decent strength, on par with supermarker garlic. But now, about 2 months on, I can hardly taste the garlic. Has been stored in string nets in the kitchen.

Eat some and then ask a (good) friend if they think it is weak as you breath on them!! ;D ;D
