I take it that this is going to be a slow cook Tim!  Difficult to say as each spice mix is different but I'd go with at least a teaspoonfull per serving.  and add extra for the pot.

That's all V helpful. Used it before but just for us.

Just for fun. I use the Spice Shop's version. Saves hassle.

But they use 48 spices!!

PS Yes - slow - AGA bottom oven.

lbb - with so many spices it's more of a melée than a this or that. But nice!
