Found meself something to do whilst it was raining.Want to eat one now while its hot but have had me dinner  :(

YUM YUM When I make pasties they always burst, last time I gave up and made pasty-pies.Any tips? ::)

They sure look good enough to tuck into.

Love pasties and I bought one of those plastic moulds not to make them look slick or professional but to stop me over filling them.

Put the pastry in the mould and it dips in the centre' that way if I  just make the filling level with the sides, then they don't split.

I do have a job to bring the sides up cos I always tend to overfill em but I don't mind if they look a bit wonky.
