Title: peas in our time
Post by: sarah on June 08, 2009, 18:17:33
yay i had my first crop of this seasons peas today and my plants are bursting with health and vitality; all the recent rain has really plumped them up. yum.
my question is this... with beans you have to keep picking them or else they will stop producing. is it the same with peas? i planted mine right close to each other and they are very tangeld. they dont seem to mind this in fact it helps to support them but it means i may miss a few of the fuller pods.  Being of a slight OCD persuasion i fret that if i miss one or two they will stop procucing.
Am i right or am i nuts?

Keep picking, and they'll go on for a bit, then stop.
