Please bare with me i am new to all this but here goes, last October i planted 6 Raspberry bushies they all were doing well till about 6 weeks ago then 1 by 1 they died i fed i watered but i could not save them. Please could anyone tell me what i did wrong? The alloment i have has not been worked for a few years and i did not know what had been planted there before, but i have noticed that a few potatoe plants are raising their heads could they have killed the raspberries?

I also planted raspberries when they arrived in November and some of them have potato plants coming up as weeds.  It does not seem to have bothered them in the slightest.  I do not think the potatoes are to blame.

whats your soil like, rasp are big feeders greedy and like moisture retaing soil, I did a trench with decomposting stuff and soil in layers and a top dressing of compost when planting mine years ago. Mind you this year has been very dry but yours may shoot from the bottom any signs of life like green when you take your nail down the stem?

Have you used any manure on them?

They are really dead i have pulled them up no sign of green just dead sticks, i did not use any manure only chicken pellets and that was last year before i planted them. I did use a liquid fertilzer could that have killed them?
