Title: Another mystery plant
Post by: Poppy Mole on June 03, 2009, 10:46:52
Have got several of these in the front rockery patch, I thought at first they were sweet williams so I left them, but now I have no idea what they are & if I want them. Just spotted one growing out of the wall as well(http://i641.photobucket.com/albums/uu135/PoppyMole/SA704200.jpg)(http://i641.photobucket.com/albums/uu135/PoppyMole/SA704199.jpg)

Looks like evening primrose to me, a wonderfull plant, but they do self seed a lot, which can be good in the right place.

Rose-Bay Willow herb does tend to have red stems, and red flowers. Seeds very "fluffy" and distinctive...  :-\
