Help, my chilli plant seedlings have gone all pale in colour, from lush green to almost transparent....cant work out why :(

Any advice please :D

treat em hard keep them in your lean too .
if sick bring in doors keep on a sunny window sill for a week or two if this doest help try re potting with fresh compost/manure treat them simuler to Toms but prefer it a bit hotter 20 degrees plus
