Title: urgent help with chilli con carne please

heeeelp
how can i take down the heat in a chilli con carne, its all made, eldest child says its
hoter than hot to hot for the younger ones
what do i do :(

The best antidote to heat is any dairy product such as milk, cream or yoghurt. Chocolate, sugar and starchy foods like bread will also take some of the heat out but not to the same extent.

it now has some dk chocin it and some potatoes
i'll add some yoghurt before i serve it if its still to hot

And next time you make it lbb, follow the old adage - you can always add more, but you can't always take away. ;D ;D
