For the last six months we have been having big problems with our BT Broadband connection finding that most mornings and at weekends the bloody thing was disconnected, it was no different with a BTHomeHub, after numerous phone calls to BT in India and loads of just total upheaval eventually we had a Openreach engineer phone us, we explained the problem he said leave it with me and two hours later with a updated DSLAM he had sorted out the problem, with fingers crossed, :)
