Title: thistles

can anyone help? the field next to my garden is a field of thistles, it looks as if they were sown instead of grass, the owner lives quite a way away and never comes to see said field, is there any legal way i can get her to sort it, or must i just spend the rest of my life weeding  would be glad of any advice.

Have you tried speaking to them about it? There is very little you can do legally.

The farmer lives a distance away and neglects the field as he wants planning permission for a couple of houses, will try phoning  but think its all hands to the weed-pulling next year and for many years to come.  Anyway baccy man  thankyou for the information.  Shirley b
