Title: kids have put sand in my carrot pots GGrrr

Hi guys,

I have two pots on the patio with paris carrots growing just been out and found them covered in sand  >:( Daughter and son with spade in hand  ::)

Will they be ok?

As long as the foliage is above the sand they will be fine...  :)

If the tops are above the sand then will probably done you a favor the greater the distance from the top of the soil to the top of the carrot will make it all that more difficult for the carroy fly

The carrots will probably grow better as the sand works its way down into the soil.
