I have been ore-chiiting squash and courgettes successfully on kitchen paper wrapped in foil, but when I checked the latest ones this morning after forgetting forthe last coupleof days, I foundthey had completely grown out of the seed case and produced long roots (approx.1.5ins). When I sow them, should Icover the whole lot or leave the green "soon-to-be-leaf" above the surface?
I'd leave the "leaf" proud of the compost... :)
Thanks, saddad, that's what I thought. Fingers crossed.
