I think quite a few of us sent away for those seeds. Has anyones germinated yet, if so what have you got? None of mine seem to have germinated unless they are all weeds! >:(
i mixed mine with some other wild flowers so i can't say if the in particular have germinated or not ??? :-\. but there is germination in the area :)

Sainfoin. It's a type of clover which used to be widely grown as a fodder crop before the advent of monoculture farming. The old books sing the praises of sainfoin as a honey crop, but to all intents and purposes it doesn't exist any more!
It's alive and well on our Lotties... do you want some seed? :)
I don't have space to grow a worthwhile amount unfortunately.
I just don't believe it! >:( After posting this thread I had a look to see if I could see any germination and I could, not much, but at least there was some! Where the daffodils have grown, in a circle under a very large conifer, I always let the daffs die down and let the grasses dropped from the bird feeder, grow, and let nature takes it's course! This is where I planted the seeds for bees.
Yesterday OH decided to cut the grass and when I went to top up the bird feeders, I found he had cut back a lot of the circle, including the first sightings of my seeds! ******** Can't possibly repeat what I said! :o :o :o
