Caramelised please!! And only possible on PTFE cloth.

And PS, later - tried to show that we don't only eat fry-up things. But being the worst photographer of the year, all I got tonight was an unattractive blur!

In fact it was a Tuna/Cos/Apple/Mayo-Yoghurt/Gherkin/Egg Salad.

Silly me! PTFE? Only where you don't have a good non-stick pan of the right size.

;D  ;D  ;D

I was in tescos the other day (a rarity but a necessity every now and then) and saw in the chiller cabinets ready made Spam Fritters  :o The picture on the packet looked just like the ones we used to get at school  ::)
