That's because you're reading it too fast. Slow down your pace of life and cut back on the black coffee....
So right, everyone.
But WHY are they phasing out the Code when it could well save lives?
I can only read 8 wpm (send at 20), but it's enough to communicate worldwide.

PS And what about Semaphore? Will you always have your Mobile with you??
I noticed it, and at just the moment I pointed it out myfriend's mobile went off - the ringtone is SOS in Morse! Coincidence or what ???
i noticed i just thought it was a problem with my pc ;D
Alright - let's be honest?
Couldn't get on line this am & was so taken up with that that I saw Google as a misprint.
Such a worthwhile language?
Way before mobiles, and if you used to house telephone all were party to the conversation, I can remember having having a huge crush on the boy that lived in a second floor flat across the allotment plots. I had my Girl Guide handbook and a torch, he had his Scout handbook and a torch. Each message took at least five minutes ;D
Linda
I confess did notice, but presumed it was braille........ :-[ :-[ :-[
Its Samuel Morse`s birthday
I used to tell OH that the SMS signal was in Morse - she wouldn't believe me!.
