I needed to get shopping today and as hubby uses the car for work i walked there and got a taxi back
got out of the taxi loaded with bags of shopping and tripped on the kerb landing on my left side banged my knee and hip, didnt have any hands free to stop myself (picture Del boy from only fools and horses in the bar and you wouldnt be far off)
the taxi driver never said a word never asked if i was alright or anything mind you i was up like a shot and felt a complete idiot, hope no one saw lol
but now im aching and stiff all down that side
then spent ages power washing the bird cages only to ram freddies great big cage into both shins its just not my day ready for bed in a bit got to be safer there lol

cant guarantee i would keep off your toes lol, cant even say i would deffo stay on my own feet ;D
deb take an anti inflammatory it will help to lessen the aches and pains tomorrow but you probably know that already :).
typical taxi driver, never any help. hope you feel better soon ;)
