Title: 6x organic fertiliser
Post by: chelsea dagger on April 16, 2009, 10:04:45
I have just brought some 6x organic fertiliser from a local garden center. I have never heard of it before it states it is 6 times better than manure hence the name and is 100% organic.it smells  lovely, has anybody used it. I hope it is not another marketing ploy with no proven results. Its raining in mk  so its back to thinning seedlings for me seeya.

It is very good stuff, but needs using sparingly. Don't' set seeds straight on it or in it. Rake it well in first... I think you wil find it makes stuff grow well.

We've used this "Extra Rich" one and found it pretty good - not sure about the  smell though!

A good mesure is about half a pot noodle cup to a square yard.
