Whats the borlotti one Lish
It's an Italian one..climbing bean, left to mature as a haricot bean. (Young pods are like flageolets). Ever so pretty. Green pods splashed with red. Beans can be dried and used through the winter in stews, etc.
Interested? My spare pack is taken - but my own pack is still ever so full!
Shirl, I have some spare Borlotti (the same sort by the sounds)- its a dwarf bean and can be picked yound as a bean or left too mature and shell and dry the beans. My 1st year of trying them tho :D
