Title: Repotting Broad Beans
Post by: SEDUM on April 12, 2009, 17:37:58
I started my seeds off in pots - two to a pot - in the kitchen window.  They've turned out fab, but the roots are already coming out the bottom.  I've moved them to the greenhouse to make room for more germinating seeds (haven't complete faith in the weather for germinating temps).  The plan was to sell them at a local fair, which isn't 'til May bank holiday.  I guess I already know the answer: plant them out and sow more for the fair, but I was wondering, could I repot them?

You could but what's the point? By the time of the fair they'll be far too big, so plant them out and enjoy the beans.
