I will try again. Whats the difference between french and normal sorrel? ???

Normal sorrel has large dock like leaves... being a member of the dock family...
very obvious when you see it. French sorrel has small shield (buckler) shaped leaves. Both are a bit lemonny (acetosa) and good added to omlettes salads etc...

I already have buckler sorrel, so don't need anymore - but just for others from an aesthetic point of view as individual leaves they look great in a mixed baby leaf salad.
