they tried to put up the cost of our broadband! I 'phoned them and asked if they could recommend another supplier!
(we have broadband only service, a tenner a month.)
guess wot? they sorted it!! still only £10 a month for another year ;)

Virgin do the same a £1 on your bill, but try getting your money back when they charge you for something you don't have,they don't get a penny out of me till i know the bill is right. >:(
