Will they be kept in the greenhouse Tony and if so have you insects in there to pollinate them, or do beansnot need pollinating.

They do need pollinating Richard, but some I grew in the big schools greenhouse cropped well last year... but that was later in the season...  :-\

they will be grown on in the greenhouse, then transfered to the shade tunnel to harden off before becoming part of a garden design project for our college open day on june 7th ( also my birfday) pollination will be by hand early on, and then by bees from  some of the colleges 30 or so beehives!

Pollination? That's why mine were 'Hunter' beans!
