Hi.  We are picking up 10 ex batts in a week.  I have converted a shed to keep them in, away from my other hens.  i.m just wondering if i will need any heating in the shed as they will be used to warm conditions.  I do have electric in the shed so it woulnt be a problem but dont want to cook them!!

Oh lottie you will have so much fun they are all different enjoy.
Hens dont need heaters it will give them respotory problems.
Just make sure no draughts at night in shed and if you put some straw on the floor of the shed they will snuggle into it and huddle up to conserve heat they will be fine.
Corn in the evening will heat them up from inside their tums.
